General Server Issues

Hello, I am a new user to the Xeno Rp. I started playing about 3 or 4 days ago and through my time playing I have noticed that there many flaws  to the server. The server has constant lag every 10 minutes or so, the player limit is very little being only 50 players, and there is a lack of mods on the server especially around 12. Please make the server less laggy, make the player limit higher and get more staff from everywhere.
