I have 9 currently, none are active and the most recent one was a month ago.

I've been banned a lot of times, half are from reaching the warning threshold, but the others are from generally mingey things.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

I'm an ex-staff on here, but I've been staff on a sandbox server that shut down.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I've been on a lot recently where there's max players on the server with 2 moderators on. It's pretty hectic and near impossible to get your tickets answered
by them because there's too many for them to handle. It's fairly annoying and I'd like to help with it.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I've been moderator on here before so I have a good bit of experience, and I know how the players feel in situations where the server is chaos. I'll be
an unbiased moderator because I've had time to experience both sides of most situations. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

 

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM, is the acronym for "Random Death Match". It is when one player kills another player without a valid RP reason. Some examples of RDM are: Player 1 shooting Player 2 for no reason,
Player 1 dying at the hands of Player 2, then Player 1 comes out of spawn and kills Player 2 (Revenge RDM), and lastly, Player 1 deciding to shoot a bunch of players for no reason (Mass RDM). Any player that RDMs should be given a warning. Mass RDMers should be banned for 2 weeks.

RDA, is the acronym for "Random Arrest". It's when one player arrests another player without a valid RP reason. Some examples of RDA include: Player 1 walking up to Player 2 and tasing, cuffing, and arresting Player 2, Player 1 arresting Player 2 for having weapons when there is either no mayor, or the laws weren't in effect (Mayor killed/demoted, moderator reset illegal laws, etc). The punishments for RDA are the same as RDM. Anyone that RDAs should be given a warning. Mass RDAers should be banned for 2 weeks.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR, is the acronym for "New Life Rule". It occurs when a player dies. When said player dies, they must forget all events that happened in that past life. This includes any attacks that occured to you in that life, or any attacks that happened to your party members, or ones that you executed yourself. Some examples of NLR being violated are: A player returning to the site of their death before 120 seconds had passed, a player returning to kill a different player that had killed them in their past life, police raiding a base for printers when they learned that said player had printers before they died, etc. Players who break NLR should be given a warning.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame, is when a player uses information that would normally not be within their characters knowledge. This includes: Civil Protectors raiding a meth lab because they can hear the meth being made, a player using the killfeed to know which player attacked someone in their party, arresting a hitman that has "Hit accepted!" above their head for having a hit, etc.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would use shadowplay to take video of whatever situation had happened, then contact a higher-up to handle the situation.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would bring them to the roof and jail them, then ban them for Mass RDM. Then I'd continue my sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would go over to them, and tell them that they aren't allowed to build on the street. Then I'd point out a place that they can build while on the Hobo job. If they continued, I would give them a warning. If they persisted, I would kick them. Anything further than that, I'd give them a 12 hour ban for Minge.

Hey that’s Odd thanks for applying for moderator

Pros:

1. see you in game a lot
2. good application
3. ex-staff

Cons:

1. multiple bans
2. multiple warns
3. as Zyngas said extremely mingey

Overall: I have seen you in game a lot this week and I have not had a bad experience with you this week, None of your warns are active which is good, but in reality you are very mingey and seem like you care more about killing than RPing. Also there was an innocent with a perm ban. Honestly from what I’m hearing from others it’s going to be a -1 for me

Odd is a fan of in his own words "Legal migning" and "legalized mass rdm". For those of you not familiar with this "playstyle", it means you be an asshole while "technically following the rules".

An instance that sticks in my mind, was when Odd would sit on a roof as batman and would shoot anyone who pulled out a gun because it was against the laws. In fact, he's pretty much the reason for the rule "Batman is only permitted to use lethal force to stop crimes in which someone's life is in danger, this including mugging, raiding, and kidnapping. Batman cannot use lethal force when dealing with situations where no one's life is in danger"

This playstyle is the exact opposite of how darkrp is supposed to be played. I'm sure moderators have seen this kind of behavior from other players in game, and it's not fun to deal with.

Odd, also recently came of his permaban. The permabanned stemmed from an argument we had involving Odd going on rooftops when there was an active sit on them. His response was "im batman i'm allowed on rooftops". The argument continued on until it was no longer productive, I told him to end it, and he replied back "cool". If you guys are interested, go ahead and search up his name in discord, and go back to that point in time.

This childish, obnoxious, mingey behavior isn't something I'd want on the staff team.

Conclusion: If you are really interested in being staff again, Show Zyngas, plus current staff, that you can reform. If you showed that you can change, and that you would be dedicated to being staff again, i wouldn't mind +1 your app later in the future.
