Dr. Doofenshmirtz
a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? Dr Doofenshmirtz a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/id/GmodAddiction/ a3) What is your Discord Tag? Dr. Doofenshmirtz#4413 a4) What timezone are you located in? Pacific a5) How many in-game warns do you have? One a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Nope a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Nope Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I can not express my love for the community. I love to join the server, just to sit and watch what these players do. Some of which are cringy, and some that are funny. But most of all, I love to watch when players get pulled to sits. I get satisfaction seeing justice being served, when they break a rule; which may seem cringey to most players. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I know most of the rules, and I feel that I am more than capable to handle severe sits, no matter the situation. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM : Random death match When a player kills another player for no valid reason Punishment for this will be a warning. RDA : Random arrest When a player arrests another player for no valid reason Punishment for this will be a warning c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR : New life rule NLR is a rule that makes players go passed what happened during their previous life; hens the name: New Life Rule. There are lots of ways to break NLR, Like for example : When you die during a raid, and you return during the raid and kill the raider. This is one example of breaking NLR. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame, like NLR, is a rule that can be broken in many ways. For example : When you arrest a hitman with a hit, and you are given the name of the player who placed the hit, and you arrest him. This is metagame, because you would not know in real life who placed a hit upon arrest. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Record it, report it, demoted. That is all I can really do. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I finish my sit first, and I deal with the mass rdmer later. This is because, you are not sure if it is mass RDM. This can be because the guy has a warrant and has purmit to kill cops. You can't confirm that it is mass rdm until you get the full story. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I delete props, and give verbal. If they do it again, I delete props, and warn. If they do it again, I delete props, and warn... ect Edited February 14, 2020 by Dr. Doofenshmirtz Link to comment
Lolagaf
My only interaction with you i had to squeeze $1 (in-game) outta ya. Application is good. Active. Neutral (leaning +1) Link to comment
Dominik
Hey Dr. Doofenshmirtz, thanks for applying Application seems pretty good. D2 is a little incorrect if you ask me. MassRDM, given the context of the question, is right in front of your eyes. You should probably handle that before anything else. Pros: Active, decently detailed application, positive interactions in-game Cons: Warned relatively recently, Sat inside another player's base instead of RPing as mayor Conclusion: +1, just be good and don't get warned again Link to comment
jEK
Application looks a bit rushed but its not too bad. I've only had one interaction with you which was with you hiding out in a thief's base as a mayor, not really RPing as the mayor. Other than that, I dont see anything else wrong. NEUTRAL (leaning +1) (Will be changed if you keep doing good). Edited February 16, 2020 by jEK english Link to comment
Moo
Application doesn't look to bad. The two interactions I have had with you weren't great. Others mentioned the hiding in a thief's base as the mayor, but yesterday I asked you to remove the laws that you continued to put up that had nothing to do with rp. Currently neutral, leaning -1. I'd like to see you doing less of those things in-game. Link to comment
