b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I honestly love the community i have been on and off on here and just love staffing for xeno

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

My prior moding experiance on here and my tolerance with players who just want to ruin the game for all

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

Rdm is random deathmatch and is when someone kills someone for no rp reason, and standard punishment would be a warn/or if the person seems new i would jail for a little and tell to read motd

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

Nlr is new life rule and is when someone uses previous life info for their current life like if someone is a cop and they try to arrest a crimanal with a gun and fails and dies and goes back and arrests them that would be Nlr and the time limit for nlr is 3min

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence

Meta game is when someone uses info out side of the game for their rp like if someone is to die in a raid and get their body to fling inside and telling a person on discord where they are going to peek and where they are, this is one of the 1000 of ways meta game could be explained.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

If i were to see a higher up abusing i would gather video and report it to an admin or owner as long as they are a higher rank

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail the person out side and continue my sit then go back and ban the person

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Ask them to stop if they dont warn them for fail rp if they continue kick

Going through Discord, I did not see you having the Ex Staff role. Please confirm if you were in fact a staff member, your rank, and time on the team.

For both of these, a more detail response to each question would be preferred. We look for who stands out amongst all applicants.

Please elaborate on what you mean by "get their body to fling inside and telling a person on discord where they are going to peek and where they are" I cannot decipher what you are attempting to convey in this specific answer.

This is not an acceptable answer. We should be jailing a mass RDMer and banning them promptly to ensure that our players are having a positive RP experience on Xeno. If we allow the player to remain jailed, it provides them enough time to mic spam/minge and further ruin our communities experience.

We should provide the player with the reason as to why they should stop and offer solutions, such as switching jobs to Hobo/Hobo King if they would like to continue building. We should advise them of the rule that only certain areas on sidewalks are permitted to build on if they are a Hobo/Hobo King. If the players choose to not do so and continue to build, then a warn/kick is acceptable. 

Overall:

Your application was very bare minimum and lacked effort. When reviewing applications, we like to see detailed responses and full paragraphs to show that the applicant is serious about becoming staff. Along with this, the game ban on your profile is also not promising.

Conclusion: -1 Although I have had neither a positive nor negative interaction with you, I do not feel you will be a good fit for our staff team. Your responses are very short and provide no explanation/detail to the questions being asked.
