I saw the logs, I saw all of the kills against that guy, that’s not what I was talking about, I was talking about the other kills that were involved in that sit. However, me mentioning that in my response to you was only because you brought it up. The reason you were banned as you can see was minge and NITRP, because you along with the group inside there were minging, even after i told you along with them to chill with the minge a bunch.

Hey Juice, First off, as I have a good clip recording software called shadowplay, I have the video of my entire time on the server and can garuntee and prove that you did not admit to the RDM. Next, you did not get banned solely for the RDM, nor for you name, in fact, you should be lucky I didn't ban you for mass RDM, as you were, as a citizen, sitting in a base mowing down people for a kos sign that was against the rules. As you so helpfully pointed out for me, and I quote, "so I wasn't even really roleplaying" is quite literally the definition of NITRP, so thank you for that. On top of that however, you were also minging, along with your group of friends. I have the logs showing all the kills you performed as citizen in that base, along with the base itself, not to mention all of the other mingey things you were doing. I know this must be hard to understand as someone who was only a T-mod in the past, but coming from me, someone who has staffed on this server for 2+ years, and this being my 2302nd ticket, I can assure you that you were justly banned. I know we have message logs, and if you want to claim I cut the video too short, I literally have around 20 minutes before this clip also recorded. What happened was, like an hour before this clip, we had tip jars spawned in the city because a guy was giving out lots of money (AKAcody) and thats why everyone had tip jars in. Then a hobo, and I am forgetting his name but I would know the name if I saw it, but he then grabbed everyone's tip jars and somehow got them stuck in spawn. Then Askio and MCMC got on an hour later to just kick everyone without warning as shown in the video. As a mod this is a very unprofessional thing to do, especially because people could've had bunch of bit miners up, and I can confirm that myself at least was the mayor, and that now got taken away from me. Literally even a warning would've sufficed, saying "Hey your guys tip jars are stuck in spawn and unremovable, can you please leave and rejoin?" and it would've been better. If you request more video footage just ask and I can provide, I won't be deleting it anytime soon. If you need anyone elses witness POV, ask AKACody, as he was also kicked, or ask the old admin Gibby, old mods Herper Derper or Sodium or Clorox Bleach, any of them including AKACody could also vouch for the tip jars being put in spawn by someone else and also vouch for no warning given before kicking. Edit: The person who did that with the tip jars may have been "Potentially Offensive Hobo" but we aren't 100% sure Askio MCMC.mp4

The reason why this rule isn’t Over powered is because usually you aren’t able to get into peoples bases without raiding, and once you are raiding, you can’t tp request, due to raiding being an rp situation

I think you are failing to understand that I was allowed to tp accept his request even if my intent WAS to raid, as I wasn’t currently in an rp situation. As long as you aren’t in an rp situation then you are allowed to tp request/accept.

Ok so i'll try to go over every single point you've made. I was outside of your base on the backside of the megabase. You guys had a kos sign at the front of the base, and I wasn't inside your base, so you couldn't kill me. One of your members then decided to start blocking me into the area I was in next to your base, meaning I was propblocked into your base. Since you were then building, you weren't allowed to kill me until you fixed up the propblock. While I was stuck in the propblocked area, a player by the name of Daddy Hobo decided to tprequest to me, which I accepted, because I wasn't in an rp situation or in jail. So tp requesting to the area I was at was completely fine and allowed, and we had no intention to raid you at all, not only due to the fact that it was propblocked and we couldn't physcially raid if we wanted to. One of your members then decided to delete the prop that was propblocking us and then killed me in a mug, which was completely allowed. Since your propblocked area was fixed and your kos sign was up, you were then allowed to kill us. I was dead and out of the base. Daddy Hobo then decided to raid you guys (By the way, you are allowed to call raid while inside someone's base) and he then killed you all and successfully raided you guys. When your friend refused to pay Daddy Hobo the 100 Million, he was perma banned for scamming. To go over your points, I did say it was pointless to report me because I have done nothing wrong, and neither did Daddy Hobo. I DID use tp accept, and was allowed to, as I wasn't in an rp situation. I told you guys many times to get rid of the prop blocked area. I'm sure you weren't there to hear it because you decided to kill yourself with a bind, but your friends certainly did. I would also like to reiterate to any mods or admins viewing this, I never even raided this man. I would ALSO like to reiterate a rule for everyone reading this, if your kos sign says "KOS Inside", and its a megabase, it means kos inside your props. You are not allowed to then go up to someone outside your props and then propblock them inside your base. You would need to fix the propblock before your kos sign is legal again. It seems like you are trying to get me in trouble for tp requesting someone, but as the rules state, since I wasn't in an rp situation, there was no problem accepting a tp request. If you didn't want me inside a prop blocked portion of your base, you shouldn't have built around me in the first place. Also, when it says provide evidence, it sort of means to provide evidence, not screenshots of discord of me telling you things that I did that are allowed.
