Pros: Good understanding of the rules, is a pretty chill guy from experience. Cons: on C2 you forgot to list the timer of 120 seconds. Also, in d1, you would have to record physical evidence. Other than these, it's an overall good application! Conclusion: +1, has a good understanding of rules and very minor mistakes. I wish you the best!

Hey there! I'm very sorry you feel this way. However, I can jail you If you break the rule of RDM as to prevent you of doing it again and further stating the punishment besides a warn. Also, I told them that you needed to actually serve the bare minimum of 3 minutes in jail, so I jailed you again. Also, just because I'm off duty doesn't mean I can't stop a blatant rule-breaker from doing these things right in front me. Once again, I am very sorry that you feel this way about me. You also changed your name in the middle of the time when I was going to bring you to me, which I believe would count as you trying to avoid punishment?

Pros: prior staff, great understanding of the rules, good looking application. Cons: Very toxic ingame and is impolite most of the time. Conclusion: Neutral (leaning towards -1)
-
Pros: Nice looking app, have seen you around recently, and very chill to be around Cons: None that I can see! Conclusion: +1, I would like to see you on the team.
-
Pros: Seems like a good player, although I have only interacted with you few times before. Cons: B1 and B2 are not "acceptable" if that makes sense. I would like to see dedication to becoming staff, not just because RP is boring. Conclusion: Straight neutral. I have no reason to -1 because all seems good, but a +1 seems like a bit over what I would like to see of this application.
-

I think this is a good idea, but they might have to nerf the guns if the entire damn server is going to have a DB.

a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? ThatOneDewd a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/id/ThatOneDewdski/ a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234) ThatOneDewd#0548 a4) What timezone are you located in?\ MST a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 3, and feel free to ask me about any of them if you'd like. a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I have, and I know all of these look bad on my record, but the ban was for me in my "rebellious" kind of phase. I just didn't listen to the admin and got banned for it, which was deserved. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I do not, but have made another application. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I like to play pretty late at night, and mods are usually not on and chaos is ensuing. I'd also like to be a moderator to ensure that other players don't have the experiences that I do with being warned and all. Going deeper, I see and feel like a lot of players aren't getting listened to because of bias in the staff members. I'm not saying anybody in particular, even those that have warned me, but I just feel as if some of the sits have bias in them. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I'd like to say that I am very good at listening to both sides of an argument, and distinguishing who was truly in the wrong without being biased in my answers. I am also pretty patient and like to take my time with situations. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM: Random Deathmatch. RDM is usually defined as when a player has no reason to kill you, and does. RDA: Random Arrest. This is when a police force member arrests you either for an unfair reason, or no reason at all. If anyone commits these acts, depending on the amount or severity, the punishment can vary from a warn to a ban. I also see this as an accident in many places, and if it truly is, they only deserve what the victim decides they do, but I would try to limit it to a warn depending on how many people were a said "accident" c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for "New Life Rule" and displays the rule of not gaining any information before death, and not being able to interact with anyone/anything in the area for the said time in the server rules. An instance where it is violated would be where a player is raided and killed, but he comes back to kill the raiders without waiting out the timer. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is using Real Knowledge to gain the upper hand in a roleplay situation, such as using the statistics menu and raiding one of the richest people, or mugging to try to make a lot of profit. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I wait patiently and report them on the forums and wait for a higher up to handle the entire situation. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jail the person RDMing, finish my sit, and deal with the Mass RDMer after I'm done handling the situation. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Politely ask them to either stop or switch to a hobo and build on the sidewalks. And if they do not, warn them verbally that they will be punished, and the third time, give them an actual warn. feel free to ask any questions you may have.
