Hello Mason / EAT ME I am going to start by saying I never banned nor kicked you, the server automatically does that after a certain amount of warnings have been received during a defined period of time. Just to clear everything up I am going to list off warn reasons, if needed I can provide a video of each warning and why you got them. Racism; You called a player ni***, something that is not allowed. Homophobia; You called me a ‘F**’ when I TPed to you for a sit you made, any form of that word is not permitted. Homophobia; You called me a ‘Fa****’ when I was handling one of your sits. False Sits; You made sits to call me over so you could insult me, I gave you a verbal before this warn as well. FailRP (Cooldowns); You raided a base with your party member within 3 minutes of a previous raid. Lying to staff; Lying about said party member in the previous warning. Sorry if you feel that you were mistreated, however these are the warnings that resulted in your ban, if you feel these are false please fix this report with the proper format and provide proof.

Dear Nomadic Although I am not the moderator who handled this you did mention me and that is what lead to me replying to this report. Me and Issun entered PD and saw that you had illegal PD props, I brought you with the intent to explain that the props were defensive (Screenshot proof is below), resulting in them being illegal. I could only get out the first part since someone started MRDMing, and I let Issun take over so I could deal with them. You were kicked since you refused to remove the props, saying that they were allowed since they did not block any entry ways. Hopefully this clears everything up, and have a good day.

Keep in mind China is also the main supplier of the base items needed to make medical drugs in the U.S. Due to C19 they have started to limit the flow of these items, making it possible the US might suffer a shortage of much needed medications.

From what I know and read custom jobs were removed for the reasons of; Too many models using too much storage space, and it being too hard on the owners. Hopefully my two suggestions could help make it easier on the owners and make custom jobs open once again. 1. Wardrobe; A wardrobe addon that allows you to change your model at any time from a ingame menu, this model is visible to all players on the server and its size can be limited. This removes the need for the owners to manually add models and it also lowers the amount of space needed significantly. 2. Weapon and Perk Purchasing Setting it up so when you buy the job on the store Prometheus auto adds the job based on the options you selected on the store itself. This makes it so it is a lot less effort on everyone's part to make the jobs.

As stated in my previous staff experiences I played on ASAP, while it is a good server it plays more like a Player Driven MMO then DRP. There is nothing wrong with this but I have been playing gmod for the past five years almost and I sort of want a more classical DRP experience. XenoRP provides that experience and in my opinion it is what makes the server really special compared to other DRP servers. However, when I am on the server daily I see a lot of MRDM, MRDA, and other forms of rule break for the most part there is always at least one staff member on and these situations are dealt with quickly and professionally. Sometimes though there are no staff on, this usually happens towards 12 at night EST when I play a fair bit. I would like to help the server by being on in the time where there are no staff online, and help out when I can when there are 50 players and a few staff on. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I have around 7,040 hours on Garry’s Mod, most of those are active hours since I usually don't leave my computer running when I’m not on it. In those hours I have seen and done a lot. This has allowed me to rake up plenty of experience when it comes to DRP and other game modes such as CWRP. A lot of this experience was gained as a staff member as I generally attempt to become a staff member on server’s I end up playing on daily. All this experience and time has allowed me to be in many different situations and learn how to deal with them. After four years of this I believe I have gained enough knowledge and experience to handle almost anything on Garry’s Mod. Another reason I would be a decent moderator is my attitude towards others. I try not to be salty or toxic while I play and very very rarely get into arguments with other players regardless of the situation. If others attempt to instigate an argument I try my best to ignore it to avoid any unneeded toxicity. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM: ‘Random Death Match’ is the act of killing another player without a roleplay reason to do so. A single offense would be a warning, however multiple RDMs would be considered MRDM and would result in a ban. RDA: ‘Random Arrest’ is the act of arresting another player without a roleplay reason to do so. A single offense would be a warning, however multiple RDAs would be considered MRDA and would result in a ban. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR: ‘New Life Rule’ Is the act of using information in your past life to influence your actions in your current life. Example 1; Garry the cop is killed by Bobby in a PD raid. Garry then immediately comes back to the raid and kills Bobby. Example 2; Smithy is raiding Mike, Smithy kills Mike. Mike after dying returns to his base one minute later while Smithy is still raiding. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame; Metagame is the act of using OOC information IC. Example 1; Jeff says in OOC “I have sooooooo many illegal guns on me right now”, David the cop sees that. He then sees Jeff on the street and instantly tazes and arrests him for illegal firearms. Example 2; Martin the SWAT Officer hears meth sounds coming from Tez's home, Martin then places a warrant out for Tez for ‘Meth within home’. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I personally have OBS, so if I saw for example a Senior Moderator falsely banning people for kicks I would record it and send it to a Administrator, and make sure to grab the IDs of the falsely banned people so they can get unbanned. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would simply ask the people in the sit to give me a quick second. I would jail tp the MRDMer to me and resume my original sit. Once that sit is done I would go and make sure the MRDMer actually MRDMed and deal with it based on what i find out. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would ask them to stop, as although there are only two on rules still apply.
