Although a map change may be wanted, XenoRP would like to stay to classic feel of DarkRP. Hey, thanks for an interesting thread. Staff are pretty lenient when it comes to warning / banning people (at least that's what I think?). They can recognize players will ill-intentions and punish them accordingly, however they will try and help new players that come onto the server. Usually they give these new players a verbal warning and have them read the MOTD. Staff also should be stepping in when issues like MRDM is occurring as those are major scale issues. Usually, staff can recognize when they need to go on duty for issues like this which should be no problem. As for the sitting in spawn AFK, sometimes when AFK for too long (say they're just in-base as a thief or like on-duty but AFK for a bit), they can be demoted from their role back to citizen which teleports them to spawn. I don't think it's intentional for the staff members to just sit AFK in spawn like that while things happen around them, it's just the "auto-demote". Also players can still be loading in during this time which can also be considered. Appreciate your approach to this topic rather than just making a thread to bash the mods. They're people after all and they don't need to be doing this, it's just an extra responsibility that they volunteered for. Thanks again!

I was just wondering, what games did you all play when you were a kid? Metagame could be like hearing printers and warranting someone for it, or using keypad codes to raid someones base that you have previously partied with. Hello Forget About it Gambini! Thank you for creating a report! VIBE CHECKER will be issued a ban for MRDM, however I would need more evidence to issue a punishment for Hexefi. I do not know if the player was PD raiding during the times that he killed you or if he was a member of the PD (I can't tell by the color of the name what class they are, combat medic or SWAT, etc.). If I could get an unedited version of the video and look through that section, that would be great! I also want to mention that self-supplying is allowed on this server. Have a great day!

After creating this report, the player decided to Mass RDM and Minge and is now banned for two weeks.

I'll kind of just "close" this report with my statement. Any other staff member would have given you the same punishment, even me and I was there (if what they say about you only warning once was true). I get your frustration with the observation that Rice Cooker was currently in a party whilst taking the ticket, however his judgement was not biased. He gave you a warn for RDM and jailed you for a set time in which I assumed he wanted you to read the MOTD. You can't really pick and choose which staff you would like to have your tickets dealt by (unless a staff member knows about a specific incident and is carrying on a ticket from a previous event). We're here to help and all staff should be trained to be unbiased towards their actions. In this case, I believe Rice Cooker took the appropriate action with your punishment. Next time, we'll try to have a different staff member take the ticket outside of their party to avoid any confusion and or beliefs of bias. Thank you, have a nice day!
