I think i have been banned once 3/4 years ago a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes. I have been a senior moderator for quite a bit of time before my resignation due to lack of time on my part. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I love the community and i have been here for over 4 years. Certainly i just want to help xeno come back to its glory days. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Im very calm and professional when acting as a staff member it certainly helps me when dealing with conflict situations on the server. My past experience will also help me with the best judgement possible. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM stands for Random Deathmatch. This specific rule applies when a player kills another players without a proper reason to do so. The punishment depends on the severity of the RDM and if the person commited the act before therefore if its a minor case of RDM it should be punished with a warn and if its more severe it comes down to a ban rangeing from 1 day up to 2 weeks if its a Mass RDM. RDA stands for Random Arrest. It is violated when a Police Officer arrests a player without a proper reason to do so. The punishment depends on the severity of the RDA and if the person commited the act before therefore if its a minor case of RDM it should be punished with a warn and if its more severe it comes down to a ban rangeing from 1 day up to 1 week if its a Mass RDA. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for New Life Rules it is violated when a player comes back to their place of death in the span of 2 min after their death or "remembers" the instance of their death. It also applies to getting killed during a raid you cannot continue the raid and wait for the 5 min cooldown before raiding again. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is a for of getting information from source that are OOC (Out of character) and using it IC (in character). It can range from using discord to other third party communicators. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I gather evidence about the abuse and forward it to a member of the management or admin. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I jail the person mass rdming and complete the sit. After finishing up the sit i ban the person mass rdming for 2 weeks. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I inform them that building in the streets is prohibited and that they can build on a sidewalk as a hobo. If they ignore my warning i warn them and remove the props obstructing the street. I have been in the Xeno staff team 2 times i unfortunately i had to resign because of health issues. They should both get punished accordingly: 1 RDA/RDM = verbal warning or a in game warning. 2 not exceding 3 is a warn/jail for 200-500s. Mass (>3) RDM/RDA = 2 week ban c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stand for new life rule and it basically means you dont remember your past life. The NLR timer is 120s and Raid NLR timer ends with the raid c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is a occurrence when 2 pepole are communicating outside of the game itself for example discord and giving eachother information. I record/collect evidence of the staff member abusing and create a staff report or give the evidence to the team Admin. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. I call a other Moderator to take care of the Mass rdmer or if im the only staff member on i jail the Mass Rdmer and finish my sit then go on to the Rdmer. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I tell them that they have to respect the MOTD all the time and inform them to remove the props. If they dont remove such props i remove them myself or warn them for propminge
