Yes, Xeno staffing twice, last time being demoted due to low self esteem and being childish

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I've been pestered by others to join back, so here we go again. But besides the fact, there seems to be mods being away from screen for quite sometime while chaos unravels unaware of what’s going on after the fact. ...I also believe I owe it to someone who I got in trouble and isn’t able to get on anymore as of now.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I like to have a good time, we all do right? But there are times where things get a little out of control 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM-Random Death Match-one-three times need be warned. Four kills AKA Mass RDM- 2 weeks of a ban, request up if tmod.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR- New Life Rule, when you die, you can’t remember past life occurrences, it’s a new you dummy!

VIOLATIONS:

dying by a person that was justified but going back to that same spot and killing them.

After you die from someone that you see the code from a base, going to said base and using the code.

 

getting killed while getting raided then coming back to kill the raiders and vise versa.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame- the use of info beyond the player’s vision in game, mainly to give said player the upper edge in the battle.

 

VIOLATIONS:

hearing printers/meth cooking as PD and raiding purely based on sound.

using discord to find bases that have a lot of good things to raid ex: bubba who one time posted a pic of all of his printers and miners

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

ask them politely to stop their actions as it is going beyond of good use and sorting into the chaotic area. If said actions proceed, record what you can, and share it with the owners, they will deal with it from there.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail the said player who is deciding to commit mass genocide and if of rank, strip them of weapons, continuing the sit that you were originally involved in doing.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

 

as much as it’s just players being players and having fun, fun has a border to where it doesn’t become fun for others. Politely refer them to the rules and verbally warn them for said time. If the actions persist take actions as they should with normal server operations, ask them to delete them warn.

After hearing the news regarding an old staff member coming back I was excited to see that it was you Keeger! This was a well made application that you clearly put time into and shows that you not only know the rules but know how to handle most situations. You were a great staff member when you were on our team a few years back and I am glad you are reapplying. I know you have been active and have even noticed many times of players not following the rules and how you wanted to do something about it. I believe you will do a great job if given the chance!

Your last time being staff you did not leave on the best terms with some people. I'd like to say you'd be a good candidate but I'm not sure if I can give anything more than a -1, you know the rules and you know how to staff but the last staffing experience we had with you was not the best
