Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? When I first joined the server I was one of those server-hopping minges you guys see all the time; going from server to server and minging for a quick laugh. But when I hopped on the server and chose to actually play the game how it is meant to be played, I saw a whole different side of happiness and laughter. I've been on the server for maybe 2 months and have a combined playtime of about 68 hours (not completely accurate) and I usually play when theres not a lot of people on. There are also times when there isn't any staff on late at night, there are 20-30 players online. People prop minging, mass rdming, RDA'ing and Donators trying to get the server back under control with votekicks. I believe I would be able to fill some of those voids so that some people can experience the reason I joined the server in the first place as well. I started as a minge, but now I want to help take care of the minges in the best way for the server.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I would make a great moderator because not only will I be able to take care of minges and uphold the rules of Xeno, I also understand that people make mistakes and that accidents happen. I will be a mod that can talk things through with people and explain what they did wrong before immediately punishing the person so that not only they understand their mistake, but they don't make that mistake again. I also am on Discord frequently so if someone needed to reach out to me, I will be able to help when needed. People are human, and I will be a staff member that will acknowledge this. I know that the MOTD shows whenever someone joins the server but in reality not many people will read this when they first join the server. I would be here to help them understand the importance of the MOTD to make sure they can continue having fun on the server.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is Random DeathMatch, where someone is killed by another player without valid reasoning. Players who do this should be warned for this if done once or twice, but continuation of this or Mass RDM (killing 3 or more people without valid reasoning in a short period of time) may result in a ban. RDA is Random Arrest. This is when a member of Civil Protection arrests a player for no valid reason or things out of roleplay. RDA once or twice may be a warn and quick explanation of the rule they broke, multiple random arrests should lead to a ban. The players randomly arrested should be released.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR or New Life Rule is the part of RP where when you die, you start a new life and all of your past memories are lost. This can be violated in many ways. One instance of this violation is when a player is killed, and they respawn and go kill the person who killed them. In the new life rule, you don't know that person and therefore killing them would be RDM as you have no valid reason to kill them. If you feel you were RDMed, you should call an admin. NLR also takes effect in areas. If you are killed in a raid in your base, you cannot reenter your base for two minutes after respawning. 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is when players use information outside of roleplay/character and use it during roleplay. One occurence of this is when someone could say "I have guns on me" in Out of Character chat. If a person in Civil Protection arrests this man because of this statement, it is an occurence of metagaming.


Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would definetly reach out to one of the other higher-ups and inform them of this occurence of abuse or post it on the forums. I would try my best to get recording or proof of this abuse so I can use it against them.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? For me, the way I react would be dependent on the severity of the sit I am taking at the moment. If the sit is something simple like a random arrest, I would instantly go handle the mass rdmer(s). However, If the sit is of someone threatening to DDOS the server or someone else, I would simply jail the mass rdmer and handle the situation at hand, as the server is more important than the mass rdmer. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would bring them into a sit and let them know what they are doing is against the rules and let them know that they can build as hobos on the sidewalks. If they continue the building after the sit I may warn them for prop minge or prop block.
