a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 6, 3 for RDM, 2 for Prop minge, and 1 from revenge rdm. I believe 1 RDM warn was false but i didnt take the time to appeal it.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?  Yes... All of them are false other than 1 mass rdm and the NITRP ban. I regret doing any of these, I havent been banned in over  6 months. (the ban on 12-20 was appealed).

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes. I have been staff on here multiple times, and been s-mod multiple times on Xeno. I was also a mod for about 3 months on a very large server that averaged 90 players a day. I have experience in dealing with large size sits.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I really love this server. Even after being perma banned twice, I fought hard to get appealed in which I did. I've been playing this server for 5 years and I still am not bored of it. Lots of my friends are mods and I love to have fun with them. I care about this server a lot and I really want to be mod again. I have been blacklisted from staff for a while now, but after a talk with zyngus he is allowing me to apply again. I am really grateful that I am being allowed to apply again. I will use this opportunity to prove that I have changed over the years.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I have tons of experience as a mod. I have very familiar with the rules on xeno as I have staffed many times. During sits I am very calm and patient, and for new player I am very helpful with them. I'm comfy dealing with large sits if needed and I can use my knowledge to deal with sits easily and not take forever.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM means Random Deathmatch.

This is when someone kills another player for no RP reason. A example is something like this. Player 1 is a hobo, they are just sitting on the sidewalk and looking around. Player 2 is a terrorist, Player 2 walks us to Player 1 and just kills him and walk off. In a sit Player 2 would be warned for RDM as he had no RP reason to kill Player 1.

RDA means Random Arrest.

This is when a PD member arrest's a player for no RP reason. A example is something like this. Player 1 is a hitman, they had just killed player 2 in a hit. Player 2 being cop find Player 1 after being killed and tazes him and arrest him. In a sit Player 2 would be warned for RDA.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR mean New Life Rule.

This means a player cannot return to a area of were they died for 120 seconds. This is used for RP like raid times or kidnap cooldown. A example is something like this. Player 1 has just raided Player 2. Player 1 dies and comes right back and starts to raid again.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metgame is when a player uses outside information for a advantage in RP.

A example of metagame is something like this. Player 1 and Player 2 are raiding player 3. Player 1 is killed in the raid but doesnt respawn. Player 1 starts looking into the base and starts giving callouts to player 2. Another example is If a cop sees a hitman kill someone in kill feed, so he runs around to find him and arrest the hitman.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would get as much evidence as I could, then I would contact their Admin. In the case the abusing staff member is a Admin I would then send the evidence to the Owener. If the abuse is serious I would try to either ban or get a higher up to ban the mod.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Personally I would !jailtp the MassRDMer and continue my sit. After I am done with my sit I would then deal with the MassRDMer and ban them for 2 Weeks, or make a ban request if I am a t-mod at the time

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would ask them to remove the props as they are still breaking a rule. If they dont then I will remove the props myself. If they continue I will then kick them from the server. If they continue after the kick then I will proceed to warn them. If needed this can turn to a ban.

Here's why:

Bubba I am sure we can agree that you have made another worlds worth of improvement over these last 4 or so months. I personally have seen a ton of it. You are doing great!

You have previous experience, you application looks good, and as far as I know, and have experienced myself you have been a very cool person to be around.
The only thing keeping me from giving you a solid +1 is that I have not had any recent interactions with you, which I am sure will change! If you keep up that same image then I will definitely be bumping up my vote to a solid +1!

After taking time to think about it I will be giving a plus one due to you changing the way you act in game. No longer minging or breaking rules. I think you've truly changed enough to where I think you're ready to be staff again. As long as you don't leave and try to rejoin again. Mod app is pretty good as per usual no complaints about it.
