a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? yes I do in many dark rp and jail break severs but they all got shut down names are cherry rp rigby rp endless community Terrivia  Sparrow Servers and more but I forgot the names

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer because this is a really good server the staff is great the players are great everything about the community is great

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? 

yes I will make a great moderator

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. rdm should be be a warn/rda should be a verbal.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. nlr means new life rule lets say nick goes in a base and raids tom and tom gets killed and goes back to his base that is not aloud.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.  meta gaming when you  transfer RP data to Non Role-play data like when someone is being mugged or something like that and you make the player that mugged him wanted/arrest him.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I will rec and send to another higher up staff member but I will also go up to him and tell him to stop but if he keeps it up im gonna have to report him because I want everyone in the server tp have fun.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I will try to ask another staff member to handle him/her or I will put my sit on hold if its not that serious and bring him to my roof and jail him then continue with my  sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. first I will go up to them and say if you guys wanna build in the streets only a hobo can do that if they don't listen im gonna have to warn them

C3: Meta game is using outside information like if you're a cop and you look at the kill feed you see that someone mugged someone you go and arrest him.
D3: Hobos may only build on the sidewalks not on the streets.

Conclusion: -1 We would like to see more effort in users mod apps, you also should re-read the motd and Re-Apply in 2 weeks. Overall good luck!!! :)
