b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

 

A: I think I should volunteer for Trial Mod because I am a trustworthy person, I am not all for power, I just want to help the staff team and the players of xenorp, and so on to get the server to where it’s at, and getting an inaccurate Trial moderator will make the team miserable.

 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

 

A: What would make me a good trial moderator is that I want to help new players and the staff team and enforce rules so the players of the server is properly roleplaying and playing by the rules and having fun.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

 

A: RDM is when someone kills a victim unexpectedly without a proper warning or a reason. RDA is when an officer is arresting someone for fun or without any reason. I think the consequences must be verbal  warning then a real warning HOWEVER if they repeatedly do the same thing, it could lead up to a ban.

 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

 

A: NLR is when you die, you cannot go back to the same area and/or kill the same person that has killed you. for an EXAMPLE, Someone is doing a PD raid, an officer gets killed Then comes back into the PD to try and kill the raider.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

A: Metagame is when someone is using their real life knowledge information to gain advantages for their character. for an EXAMPLE: someone in OOC says "there are money printers inside that gun shop". a police officer decides to place a warrant and raid "that" gun shop for illegal money printers which your character wouldn't know about. that's metagaming.

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
 

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

A: I would record the footage and report the issue to the forums ASAP.

 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

 

A: I would pause the current sit then deal with the Mass RDM issue As soon as possible.

 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

A: I would nicely ask the two players to remove their props from the streets if they refuse, I would verbally warn them if they refuse again, i would kick the two players and remove their props.

I have seen you on the server for quite a bit role playing and just enjoying your time with others. You get along and can communicate with others quite effectively. There is only a minor thing to address on your application. Regarding your answer to d1, if you ever see a staff member abusing you would typically collect evidence and report it to one of the admins. Otherwise great job and would love to see how your first staffing experience will be and how you will learn and grow.
