Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Well I am on a lot of the time. I see staff on, but the can be overwhelmed by the sheer number of people and tickets that come with it. That is where I come in and help out with my small part of the community that I play with about every day. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

The fact that I am willing to see that the staff does need help to take on every ones tickets. I can work fast and hard for the things I tend to indulge myself with.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM=Random Death Match what that means is when ever one person ends up killing someone else for no reason. RDA= Random Arrest what that means is the act to Randomly out of no reason to Arrest some one else. RDM Now when ever this happens you have to see if it is just a one time thing of the moment or crossfire. If the other party of the excuser wants him warned then you have to then think about does it really deserve a log warn or maybe a verbal warn. RDA is just a little different when ever they arrest some one they have to go though multiple actions to finish the arrest but I would also have to think is this person new or not can I just ask him to do !motd and maybe he can learn just from a little passive nuge. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR= New Life Rule what that means is since we are playing a video game the death is not really there as we on the outside do not die. This rule is here so that no one can just come back and say you killed me so I am going to kill you. One way that it is violated is when ever you are being raided and you kill some of the raiders and they come back. Because how would you know as a new person that just landed here what happened to that guy on street with like 6 guys out of his house. PD raid is a big one I personnel see the cops that I kill come back even though they can not come back during the length of the raid.  

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming= info giving or received out of the game itself and then used in game. discord groups are maybe TeamSpeak or skype anything other then the lips on your character in game or with the mini Steven-Hawking's chair on top of your head 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? First I would want some form of prof cause such a claim is one that can seriously hurt some ones reputation like ether video proof or maybe there might be some game logs that can help my claim then I would make a post in the report a staff member forums and then follow the template that is giving to me in the forum 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Well first see if anyone else can get to the massRDMer and type in admin chat is any one here able to deal with the mass rdmer but if no one was on when I checked my tab menu I then would ask the person that I am with to just give me one sec because I am the only one on but I will return to this sit to finish it and help you the best that I can 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Well first I would ask why are you building here can you please read or !motd and then I would ask why no just farm when no one is on go ahead and farm but since no one is on to really complain about it I would let it go on but if they are starting to prop block bases or spawn I then would have to sit down with them and tell them that there is better use of there time here.

You have a great app with quite a bit of detail in many of the answers. From my interactions with you in game you seem well manner as well as knowledgeable about server rules and just role playing in general. You understand what to do in situations and you can adapt to a situation if you need to. Though it has been a while since you have staffed on a server I would love to see what you can bring to the staff team.
