No, I have never been banned on XenoRP

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

Yes, I worked as an admin for two years in 2014-2015 on a server called DarkRP Reloader, worked with great staff and role-played with an awesome community. DarkRP Reloader hooked me into loving to play Garry's Mod. Unfortunately, the server shut down and we all went our ways. I understand the ulx menu, wouldn't mind a refresher on the information.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Why I would like to volunteer for XenoRp. I enjoy the server and see great potential in the server to grow a bigger community. I see things can get out of hand on the server, I would like to help out the other staff members when stuff does get out of hand and when people have to be corrected. To make it fair for everyone else as equal as it can be to make the server fun and a better place to role play.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

What would make me a good moderator is being capable of having the ability to help out players that require assistance on their problems in-game and being there to help explain the rules of the server with teaching others on understanding how to play correctly on the server. I am a very open-minded person and a very relaxed type of guy and enjoy talking to new people. On the server the part of having to apprehend the ones who like to disobey rules. I have no problem having to explain to them the rules. I am capable of being a team player and understanding requirements. If I see something going wrong I will always try to fix the problem.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

(RDM)-"Random Deathmatch"

A Random Deathmatch usually happens when one player is standing on a street corner minding his own business and a thief walks up to the player and pulls his gun out without /adverting mug and starts firing away. What tends to happen after that is the player who was killed seeks revenged rdm and goes ahead and shoots the thug back to seek revenged and starts a chain of rdm events. This situations actions should be solved with both players being warned told not to rdm one another again and be told not to role play near one another if they keep up the situation listen to what the players have to say and if not being cooperative ban both players for not following the rules.

We also have events where a player spawns in and mass rdm's to where a player kills multiple players on the server. This situation is solved with the mass rdming player being jailed and banned for two weeks or more.

(RDA)-"Random Arrest"

Random Arrest is when a police officer has no reason to arrest a player in an in-game situation in his/her mind they have a reason. If the police officer does not have a valid reason or law to make the arrest it's now a random arrest. Some police abuse the arrest stick and arrest players for no good reason or a large number of players at once. The situation can be handled by talking to the police officer and verbally warning and explaining when he can make an arrest. If he does not follow the rules and continues to rda go ahead and warn the player for rda and /demote the player from the police job. Time passes and it’s the same player playing as a police officer rda other players on the server we receive evidence from players and ban the player for Mass rda the same punishment as a Mass RDM.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

(NLR)-"New Life Rule"

When a player is killed in game and spawns in he has a new life and forgets about everything before death he must forget everything. A player may not return to the area of death for 120 seconds and must wait. If a player returns right after he broke NLR. If a player dies during a raid the player may not return to the area until the raid is /advert raid over. Once the raid is over they may go back to the area. If the player returns right back to raid he broke NLR.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame happens when your roleplaying character wouldn't be able to use items or use in game knowledge in certain situations. You’re in game charter wouldn't know who was raiding the base. Players can use the microphone or text chat to see who is nearby and using it to gain advantage on the other players by getting ready for a raid. All determine on the player's use of real life knowledge in the game to determine their character's actions when the player shouldn't know at all.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

If I come across a higher up abusing their powers to the highest severity, I would record and screenshot there doings and then have to report to the higher ups and show them the evidence and let them handle the staff member.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Stop the original sit completely head out to the mass RDMer immediately jail and ban the player for two weeks mass rdm and after everything is completed continue the original sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would ask the players to delete the props on the streets, explain to them that all rules still apply even if there are only two people. Tell both players if they would like to build on the streets to change jobs to a hobo or hobo king and allows them to build on the sidewalk, give them a verbal warn if the players do not follow the rules I would then issue a warn.
