No, you cannot build in the street or propblock. He was right to ban you for that. You're taking what Lite said out of context and attempting to use it malicously. To clear up the misconceptions. No, you may not build in the street under any circumstances.

You can't keep donating to get money. There is not a higher package than gman. You can't donate for money. You also ignored the part about him asking to purchase money prior to being banned. He didn't craft the narrative post ban like you're suggesting. It is failrp to advert incentives for base raids I've recently talked to the staff about it in discord because it's gotten out of hand. Sometimes we try things and see how they work out, and we've decided the pay to raid my base stuff is dumb. As far as expecting a reward for an unsuccessful raid. Especially one that was canceled seconds after being called. There is certainly a logical disconnect there. Im sorry for assuming most people would understand you have to actually do something in order to recieve a reward. I understand that most people is not all people, but I think the logic there is pretty straightforward. I do think this topic should be separate from the disrespect. This topic was about me appealing his scamming ban. He contacted me earlier on discord trying to purchase in game cash, and was unaware that we was not able to purchase more cash. His intentions were to purchase cash if someone were to have successfully raided him. Regardless I hate the whole "raid my base for money" shit because it doesn't make sense. It's failrp, and very rarely are both sides mature about it. I don't want to deal the the "AKSHOLLYEY TEKNIKYLEY's" of deciding stupid rewards for the base. I was unaware of the minge part, and it was not brought up by the staff member who banned him. The staff member explained to me that the minge was tacked on as part of the scamming reason. So from my side, I was just looking at a user who was banned for "scamming" even though he was never successfully raided. I also think they player had intentions of giving the reward if someone were to have raided him. I simply accepted his appeal, for those reasons. As far as the player disrespect, I believe that should be separate from this thread.

From my understanding there was no successful raid. Do you complain about everyone who has their ban appealed? If you're going to be a whiny shithead, atleast get the facts correct. Your fear mongering conspiracies that you create with only half facts, and half a brain are really annoying. Sure his dumbass said he was going to do it. However, it never happened. Don't pretend it did. Also you stated "i mean if you hack on a server then you obviously don't care what happens next." What? Do you even know what happened? He wasn't using hacks or a client. Also in your poll you suggested that we do a "do a TRUE account reset and reset all of his shit (cars,cc,donator rank,money etc.)" I think you might be uninformed on the situation. You know how you quoted us saying that we reset his account? Yes, we did reset his account... We reset his (cars,inventory,money)That's what we mean by an account reset. I won't remove someones paid for donator packages because that's fucked. Also as far as a suckery to get unbanned. I hope you realise that we do accept appeals for permabans. In fact, a player who was banned for doing the same ammo exploit was unbanned two weeks earlier than meep. That player also did not have his account wiped. Meep definitely got the shaft on this one.

Hey Grunk, Hopefully this clears up a little bit of your confusion. To start, we should clear up the expectation of just because a moderator on, they must take sits. Our mentality is that moderators initially joined the server with the intention to roleplay, and later worked their way up to being a staff member. It isn't right to take away their right to roleplay as they see fit. There's nothing wrong with "not doing their job", because in reality, they don't have to. If they want to get on and play the server the way it's intended instead of moderation, that's Aye OK. Please try to show a little bit more consideration towards the staff team, and understand that you are not entitled to having a staff member help you at all times. They are people too, and deserve having the right to play unbothered, just like you. Secondly, you were upset that moderators came out of the roleplay class and decided to handle a few sits. I again, see nothing wrong with this. Sure it might not have been the sit that you wanted them to take, but at the end of the day they were helping take care of people breaking the rules and I think that's really what counts. Some sits can be handled quickly and don't require a lot of investigation and moderators might choose to take these and return back to roleplay as the short sit would not terribly interrupt their roleplay. This same mentality would also explain, why directly rdming a moderator would be handled. It's quick, didn't take much investigation, and was easy to handle. Lastly, if moderators aren't on duty or simply aren't taking tickets at the exact time you would like them to. Please collect the proper evidence and report it on the forums. We don't claim to have the server staffed 24/7 and to combat this we tend to handle player reports quickly and efficiently. This gives the player some level of control over people breaking the rules. As far as the "Feel like he is being somewhat biased towards me since I was rather rude to him beforehand." If you decide to treat someone poorly anywhere in life, you probably aren't going to get the best possible experience in return. Who would want to willingly take time out of their day to help someone who is being an asshole? If you're mean to the mcdonalds worker, you're getting the cold fries. If you piss of the janitor, he's not going to go out of his way to make your officer cleaner. If you're an asshole to the IT department you're laptop is going to be the last one to be upgraded. Piss of the nurse, and they might have to dig to find that vein. There are definitely some perks to acting like a reputable human being when interacting with the people who are trying to help you. If you want people to take time out from role playing, or from other games I would start by possibly treating them with respect.
