Hi Astroboy, So I would like to start this off with the fact I had joined the server to roleplay I was running around talking to people saying hello and chatting around I had most of my audio off and had spotify on listening to music I also have ticket's turned off since I was trying to roleplay every now and then if something happened I would handle it fast and return to RP. I didn't allow anything to just happen I usually handled it if I saw it also your way of "solving it" was to propclimb into a sit where I was handling people micspamming propclimbing and minging so I threw you into the jail with them and handled it the same way everyone else would. I asked you to take it to the forums when you said you kept having a problem.

Disallowing it will mean that getting a black market dealer to sell to you would be hard cause no one ever plays as the class even when self supply wasn't allowed

Hello gilly, I looked over the situation talked to derpza about it and got his side and I have come to the conclusion of your ban was not false for the reason of you were shooting people in the street, While it may not have been on purpose you still did it and damaged quite a few people. Derpza also said that he did in fact tell you why you were being banned and what for. If you would like to appeal your ban feel free to go to xenorp.com/bans sign in and create a appeal. Derpza was in the right here and will not receive any punishment.

-1 last time you were staff you made a really irresponsible decisions and I don't think you're currently fit for staff, I have also seen very little activity from you.

Hello Yatty, I've talked to Allison/Joseph about this situation and have come to the conclusion that the punishment was somewhat harsh but it's a valid punishment for the rules broken. You spawned a prop in the middle of the road and stood on it to gain an advantage to kill coco. So after talking to spyte and reading this over I have come to the conclusion of: Spyte should have indeed warned both players and should have looked over the screenshots more carefully, I have talked to spyte about this situation and talked to him about being more careful. Hi after reading replies I've come to the conclusion of, For one Remuchu/forget about it gambini probably should have done a sit but he's not entirely in the wrong since he had jailed explained what you were being banned for then banning you also, Killing players without a valid RP reason is a ban it does not matter if it was consensual or in a private area. RDM is RDM no matter what it sounds like you ignored everything moderator's told you before hand and decided to keep breaking the rules and I do not understand where the harassment claim is coming from. if you have any evidence of sorts please feel free to post it here and update your post with the correct formatting so we can have this resolved easier

After further discussion the ban is going to be extended to a permanent ban on kelba for the exploit -rice cooker

That is my response from wii's staff report. Too add onto what I said in that report I do not cheat I have never used autobhop off duty and I have never used aimbot/wallhacks. There is 0 evidence of me cheating, Just because I can shoot and aim better does not mean I'm cheating I recommend spectating my games maybe then you can see that I don't cheat. And also I banned kush for his repeated mingery in game because he decides to instead of roleplay shit on staff members be a nuisance argue with staff and build on other peoples bases he was given many verbal warnings to stop and he never did so a ban was put in place I could've banned him for 5 days instead of 3 days but I figured it would be nice of me to just do 3. Clearly not since there's now 2 reports on me, To conclude my side everyone was given a fair chance to quit and they continued so bans/warns were given

Ok here's gonna be my POV I was on and I noticed they had been putting signs along the lines of "kil porn","porn","Loli Hentai" ETC I went up to them saying hey can you just remove the part where it says stuff that's explicit/obscene. They got mad and started questioning where the rules were that says it's not allowed I showed them the rules of obscene object's aren't allowed and that there's kid's playing and just to tone it down a bit and they decided to continuously put up textscreens that said "porn" or "penis" I told wii in a sit that I had with him If he does it again I'm gonna warn him and put him down he then put up a textscreen which said "PENlS" using a lowercase L instead of a i so it looked like the letter I I pulled him into another sit and warned him for "Obscene textscreen" cause I had told him not to do it. He was a pro thief running around the streets with a textscreen, I could've gone for minge but decided for a better choice of obscene textscreen.

-1 Adding FearRP to the server would break many rules and not allow players to have a fair chance, You don't know if someone who is a citizen could possibly be a war veteran or anything and that makes them less prone to listen to their mugger and allow them to shoot you. FearRP has only caused me to not like server's being too uptight when it comes to what you can and can defend, it's still a video game and its not real life so feel free to kill your attacker's as you wish
