I believe you were taking things a bit far as hobo king, While I understand your intentions were to "roleplay" I believe constantly asking people to do things for you such as "kiss my feet" or "go fetch this thing for me" isn't as much roleplay as it is abuse of a class. If you were to do this only now and then there wouldn't be a problem, I will not be reprimanding master in disguise for anything as he didn't break the rules due to you abusing your class. Hello gaz, Once again there is no proof that Askio or Rice deleted your prop's also no mod's shouldn't turn blind eye's on donator's. But Askio and Rice didn't, Askio was preoccupied and Rice was roleplaying. They have the choice to handle situations as they choose as per the rule stating that staff members are not required to take tickets. Staff members shouldn't let people break rules but forcing them to solve problems wont help anything. Askio didn't just let people go as he talked to the cops who broke NLR and. -1 c1 you did not give punishments. c2 logging off to avoid player stealing your printers is not NLR. c3 that would be admin abuse not metagame. I believe you're way too new to apply as this is the only time I've seen you on. I think if you wish to apply you should do it in a week or so.

Hello gaz, I've talked to askio and checked logs. I've come to the conclusion that askio and rice cooker did not break procedure or rules in any way. Askio did not tear apart your base either. Askio apologized for his temper which is all I would've asked for. Askio didn't do anything wrong to deserve a reprimand or even a verification of fairness and tranquility since this is the only time Askio has had a situation like this. I understand your concern and will deal with it but otherwise nothing else can be stated here that wasn't stated on my reply to the other report. Hello big shanks, I see you've had a bad experience with askio. I've talked to him and got his side of the story. since you don't have evidence this was harder to come a conclusion on. But from what I can tell is this, Askio was indeed rude but did not handle his sit's improperly, he also did not micspam. The person that was gagged was because he was adding nothing to the conversation and only repeating things said. Askio handled the people that were breaking the rules. -1. Mod app is decent but there's a problem. You said that your brother would hop on while you were afk and cause problems which causes concern. If your brother was to do something while you were staff it would result in demotion and possibly a ban.

-1 I think you should get more time in the server before you come back. Rules change and I think you should take time before reapplying. Other than that, Your answers for some questions are questionable for instance, You didn't answer C1 Fully D1 you wouldn't have everyone leave the server. overall your app has mistakes and this is why you should take a while to reread the rules over before reapplying.

Hello TemperVoid, I see in your report that jeck did indeed break NLR which he will be warned for but you also broke a rule quoting the motd here "In all other cases, before killing a player you must perform three warning adverts (Warn 1, Warn 2, Warn 3), and make it clear to the player in question why you are warning them. You may only warn players if you have real in-character reason for doing so.". In any cases where you warned jeck you did not make it clear to jeck why you were wraning him. I wouldn't consider "bonging people" NITRP or Minge since it doesn't really prohibit any roleplay or cause any problems. The propblock is unclear since it doesn't show jeck's name so I will also not be warning him for propblock and only warn him for the 1 NLR. -1 your punishments are way too harsh. A week ban for 1 RDM would be too extreme and we only give week bans for Repeated RDM offenders. NLR you did not give the timer, you also did not mention that if it's a raid you can not return. You also plagiarized your metagame definition (Screenshot below), hobo's also can't build on streets as no classes can. I was wrong. You were staff here but not as an admin and only for TMOD.

Hello molvania. As Askio stated consensual RDM is still RDM. Askio took the proper procedure and banned him which I will not be reprimanding him for or unbanning the player who mass rdm'd. Thank you for the report. Handled.

On d3 you said "I would allow this as others might not, but as long as there are 2 and less people online, I would let them as long as it isn't preventing anyone from playing normally" even if it's only 2 players online no one can build in the steet. otherwise mod app is decent and in game overall no problems from my experience.

I've talked to askio and he's sent me some screenshots, In logs I can see you kidnapped copsrule without advert, Even if you were just testing/messing around you still can not break rules and need to advert. Askio informed me how your friend just got off with a verbal for the same action. Also even if the mod was listening you still were choosing to break rules by having 2 cops letting you raid the PD armory. I do not believe askio was in the wrong at all since you've shown minge behavior. I will not be reprimanding askio for the scenario nor removing your warnings. Hello dragon, Thank you for the report. I've gone over the situation and checked logs myself to see what happened. You first shot akacody to which he shot and killed you then you came back and broke nlr and punched him and then got killed you then punched makkay, This is indeed AMRDM since you had clear intent to kill. I will not be reprimanding remuchu I will include a screenshot of chat logs as well from the sit. I do not believe any actions of remuchu's were incorrect.
