Custom Class Weapons

I feel like people with custom classes should be able to add weapons to there class it really would not effect that much at all and you would not get to many dm's about them only the people that have a custom class and not that many people play on the server with custom classes. Since m9k is already installed it would not change the FastDL in anyway. That's why i feel we should be able to add weapons to our custom classes.

allow a ingame shop were you can buy perma weapons for like millions of dollars, so the richer players have something to spend their money on other than hoarding it
