  1. -1 warned with mod app up.
  2. +1 Chilled and Be1ial summed everything up pretty nicely
  3. Hi Dak, I wasn't infuriated at all, It was as simple as me telling you many times to remove the laws. I think it's ridiculous It's gotten to this point; at the time of you putting the law up I was literally afk and had no idea about it until I came back and heard Chilled talking about it. I think it's pretty clear why you were demoted, after the laws were reset you literally put them up again after being told to remove them several times.
  4. I haven't had too many interactions with you, but the ones I have haven't been bad. I've also had a few sits with you and you seem chill. You have no warns or bans which is good and you've been very active lately (but I've only known you for a few days). I think you could be a good staff member, but I'd definitely like to get to know you more. Overall: Neutral (Leaning +1)
  5. -1 this is kind of a waste of time, people hardly use vapes other than to gain health.
  6. a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? Nikolas a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/id/drippedinsanrio/ a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234) Nikolas#1907 a4) What timezone are you located in? Eastern Standard Time a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 0 a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? No, I've never been banned. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I do not, but I believe Xeno is a great place to begin. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I've been playing this server for a really long time & It's grown to be one of my favorite DarkRP servers ever really. The community is filled with such nice people & I've had so much fun while playing on this server. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Well, In my last application I was deemed and labeled as a fairly "mingy" player. But I personally believe that statement is an inaccurate representation of who I am. If I was accepted I would give all of my effort towards my job as a Trial-moderator. I would take it extremely serious and would prove that I am not mingy. After playing this server for a few years I have an extremely well understanding of the servers rules. I'm also an extremely friendly person so I would be very friendly with the players I interact with. Overall, I would be greatly committed to it if given the chance. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM stands for "Random Deathmatch" this is when a player attempts to or does kill another player with no reasoning related to roleplaying. An example of this is if a player is walking on the sidewalk and then another player comes up to them and kills them randomly. When it comes to punishments, rdm x1 is a warn , rdm x2 is a warn, and rdm x3 is mrdm which is an automatic 2-week ban. RDA stands for "Random Arrest" which is when a player who is roleplaying as a government related job randomly arrest a player for no RP reasoning behind it. An example of this is if a player is walking around the map and is then stunned and arrested for no reason. The punishments for this is identical to RDM. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR Which stands for "New Life Rule" is the understanding that you're not allowed to return to your place of death for 2 minutes. This applies to raids aswell which means if you're hypothetically killed during a raid you are not allowed to return to your base until the raids completion. A good example of NLR being broken is if a player raids the pd and kills a police officer, and then that police officer returns immediately and kills the player. The player roleplaying as the officer just broke NLR and if reported by the victim, can be warned. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is when a person uses sources outside of roleplaying for in-game situations. An example of metagaming is if somebody puts in out of character chat that somebody has bitminers and printers in their base just from hearing it outside. Then a pro thief who read chat goes and raids this base. That player is using an out of game source to their RP advantage. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would immediately begin to record the situation before continuing any further. I would also message and alert the higher ups and admins about this and would provide the video proof. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would pause the current sit and then first jail the mass rdmer, after doing so & seeing how many players the person rdmed, I would ban the player for 2 weeks for MRDM. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. After removing the props, I would verbally notify the player that this is not allowed even if currently nobody around them is roleplaying. I would also let them know that they would need to be a hobo and could only build on the sidewalk. If they continue to build in the street after my verbal warning I would then give the person a official warning for prop minge. If they continue on I would give them a ban for Prop Minge with No real intention to roleplay. thank you for reading my application <3
  7. a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? Nikolas a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/id/drippedinsanrio a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234) nikolas#1907 a4) What timezone are you located in? Eastern Standard Time a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 0 a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? No a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I do not, but I've been playing for 6 years and I have an extremely well understanding of the MOTD. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Well, I've been playing on XenoRP for about 2 years now. I believe I've built up somewhat of a reputation & I've gotten to know everybody so well. It's truly one of my favorite Gmod servers of all time because of the people, and the atmosphere. I really like it so that's why I figured I'd try to be staff. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Due to the pandemic and me being inside more: I'd be extremely commited to it by being online almost everyday of the weak. I'd be extremely consistent and I will think long and diligently about my decisions. I will handle every sit carefully Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM Stands for "Random Deathmatch" , It is when a player randomly kills someone or multiple people with no real intention or reasoning behind it. It is often done by trolls mainly. RDA Stands for "Random Arrest" , which is when a player is randomly arrested by a person with a government class. I believe every situation is different & the punishment truly depends on how severe the situation is. An example of this: Somebody mass rdms a group of 10-12 people should be banned for 3 weeks minimum if not permanently. Now, If somebody rdms 3 people but they're truthfully new to roleplaying or GMOD. I think they should be given a verbal warning and taught how things really work, and if they do it again they should be given a real warning. I believe the same applies to RDA, It depends on the severity of the situation. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR which also means "New Life Rule" is the understanding that you will completely forgot your last life after your character died. You are not allowed to return to your spot of death for a certain amount of time (which varies each server) Or get revenge on your killer. An example of this rule being broken could be somebody getting raided and killed and then immediately returning and killing those who killed them. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is when a player uses outside sources in games. Basically breaks reality to roleplay. An example of this is a Swat Member putting a warrant on a meth cook and breaking in just because they heard the noises outside of the house. This wouldn't work as it's not realistic, which is why this isn't allowed. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? No matter what my relationship or history is with the person I'd never be bias or apply favoritism. I'd truthfully report it to the staff because abusing powers isn't fair to other players. I'd make sure it'd get taken care of right away & would notify all the higher ups until it'd get worked out. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would pause the sit I was currently in & immediately handle the situation by banning the person for an amount of time that varies within the amount of people killed. I believe those who Mass RDM are in the server to minge and probably wouldn't wanna take it serious. I'd most likely make it a perma ban if it was over 8 people. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I'd still treat it as if 50 players were on , I'd make sure they're hobos at first and if so I would make them build only in areas they're allowed to build (which is not the streets). I really hope I get accepted because I really like this server & the staff team for it. Thank you for checking out my application
