I currently have 1 warn.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

I had one ban, but it was a miss understanding and I got unbanned 5 minutes after.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

Yes I do, I am a Ex-Staff on Xeno.


Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I would like to volunteer for XenoRP because I really like the server and I feel like I could help with moderation on late hours. Sometimes when I get on there is a lot of havoc on the server and wish I was a mod to stop all the chaos, to help all the other Xeno players have a good time on the server. I used to be a Mod on the server, but school got in the way so I had to resign, but I really do miss being a mod in this community and become a staff again.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

If I were to get accepted I feel like I would make a good moderator because I feel like I am liked throughout the community, I do not have any enemies on the server and I have not been directly hated by a player. I also am very patient and willing to help players whenever they need it. Finally, I feel like I am a very efficient worker when it comes to taking tickets, I could get the job done!


Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM (Random Death Match)  - This is a situation where a player kills another player for no reason. For example, User 1 goes to the PD and sees User2, they have no reputation together and User2 did nothing to User1. User1 then proceeds to kill User2 for no reason. This is a situation of RDM. If a player performs the action of RDM then they should be warned once. If they RDM'ed more than 4 people then this is an situation where the player committed mass RDM and should be banned for 2 weeks.

RDA (Random Arrest) - This is a situation where a government official arrests a player on the server for no reason. For example, User1 is a police officer and User2 is a normal citizen not breaking any laws, minding his own business. User1 proceeds to go to User2 and arrests him for no reason. If a player performs the action of RDA they should be warned once. If they RDA'ed more than 4 people then this is an situation where the player committed mass RDA and should be banned for 2 weeks.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR (New Life Rule) - This is a situation where a player comes to the same area after they die. For example, User1 is raiding User2, and User1 successfully killed User2 and is continuing the raid. User2 proceeds to come back to the raid and kills User1. The NLR timer is 180 seconds. The player that committed NLR should be warned once for NLR. 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame - This is a situation where a player receives information from an outside source. For example, User1 and User2 are raiding User3 and User2 dies but does not respawn and sees inside the base and tells User1 where User3 is and how the base is from the inside. The player that committed metagame should be warned once. 


Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would record the higher up abusing their powers and report it to their higher up and the owner's of XenoRP.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

If I saw someone mass RDM'ing I would jail that player, continue my sit with the first person I was talking to then when I am done with that sit, I would go to the mass RDM'er and ban him for 2 weeks.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would tell the two players to remove their props off the street and if they do not remove their props I would proceed to kick them. If they continue to do it then I would I would warn them, and if they still proceeded after the warn then I would ban them.
