I have previous staff experience on Xeno and have the intents of having the best outcome in each sit I take with the appropriate punishments. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is when a user kills another user without proper roleplay reason, for ex. Someone mugs you and you go back and kill the person without any reason or adverts. The appropiate punishment would be a warn, and depending on the severity of the situation jailed and or even banned. RDA is when a user arrests another user without proper roleplay reason, for ex. a user might taze and arrest a random person on the street. The appropriate punishment would be a warn, and depending on the severity of the situation jailed and or even banned. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is when a user uses info from a previous life or gets killed and returns to they're previous death location without waiting 120 seconds, If a user dies during a raid they may not return to that raid untill the raid is over. For ex. A user dies during a pd raid, that user may not return to that raid untill it is over. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when a user uses knowledge that they gain outside of roleplay to they're advantage and a abuse said knowledge. For ex. A user is a SWAT assault and sees user 1 mug and kill user 2, said SWAT assault goes and arrests/warrants user 1. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would record or get any possible evidence of said higher up abusing they're powers and bring it up with Zyngas/Phantom d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jail said RDMer(If other staff are available I would have them handle said RDMer),finish my sit then ban said RDMer. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Tell said users that they may not build on the streets and tell them that they may build on the SIDEWALK as hobos. If they refused appropiate punishment would be handed out.

Just like Zyngas mentioned, cops have a choice. Cops are encouraged to use non lethal when they are able, my brother who was in law enforcement dealt with 2 people with guns. Once they had to draw guns the other he was able to use his taser. (These people were either stupid or criminals obviously he has had other cases with guns)

-1 Pros: None Cons: Haven't seen you on a lot Multiple Errors in app c1: Mass RDM/RDA is not followed with a simple hour ban or a week even. c3: Metagame is different from NLR, examples are incorrect. Metagame would be being based with someone and using they're codes to your advantage. d1: You would need screenshots or recordings because this would be word againt word, the higher up would be believed. d2: You wouldn't just jail the person and return to your sit, follow up jailing them with a quick 2 week ban. d3: Hobos may not build on the street, only the sidewalk. Conclusion: Overall, I think you need to the know the rules better and reread the MOTD a little more thoroughly.

NEUTRAL Pros: OK Application Pretty active Cons: My experiences with you in-game today were negative, you were not compliant till I told you I would warn you if you didn't listen c3: All three examples are incorrect, metagame is using outside knowledge correct, however a example would be hearing printers and making a warrant.
