Please take the time to read this. Im not making this because im bored to just to be a meme, I actually want to be a mod again. For those who know (owners and admins) can we please leave my past behind and lets start over im sorry for everything i have done all the trouble i have caused. For you zyngas if you read this sorry for the last ban, I really dont want to be on bad terms. Ive always wanted to try and be friends with you but you know stuff happens and just makes us have conversations we should never have. Please thank you guys for understanding and reading this.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Yes 10, 2 were from me and 1 was a anti cheat ban(which was broken) i have 2 perma bans,
One was false (hacking) and one was true but was resolved and appealed. one mass rdm and nitrp was also false and appealed. Yes i will be honest I was bad sometimes and i regret it, its a bad view to people who dont know me well. The true bans are repeated rdm, Mass rdm, and nitrp. I am sorry for all the problem I have caused due to these bans.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes lots. Ive been mod on this server over 10 times. Ive been s-mod about 6 - 7 times and have TONS of experience from this server.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I really enjoy this server. Ive been playing this server for almost 4 years now and i have never hated it. I got unbanned recently and during that ban i relized how much i love xeno and was wanting to play so badly during that time. I love being mod all the time because i get to interact with the players and mods in a different way than i can as a normal player. I would also love to get to know all the new mods that we now have. I still love helping new t-mods or any mods with sits or any mod advice and i would love to become mod again and experience all the fun i had. I also believe that becoming mod will get me into the server again. Last time I was told i cant re apply for a long time and I was so sad that i couldnt. Please believe me saying all this I am sorry for resigning so much but life would get in the way so much times but I was always wanting to be mod which is why i ave applied so much times. I really want to be mod again and im sorry for being so annoying with the whole coming and going, but really this has changed my life so much and i don't want it to go away.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I do believe i would be a good mod. Like I said, I Have a lot of mod experience from this server and i know how i should act. But i still will explain it. A mod should be calm and unbiased during a sit or when the server is in chaos. I know all the commands and all about blogs. I know how to handle sits, even if its a sit with 8+ people (which is sometimes horrible) But i have never really had a problem when dealing with something.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

Rdm - Random deathmatch. This is when a player is killed for no Rp reason. Example. Player 1 is talking to someone is the street no gun out or anything, then player 2 comes and just kills player 1 for no reason.  Rda - Random arrest. This is when a cop arrest someone for no reason. Example. Player 1 has a gun out, but there is no mayor so there is no gun law. Player 2 (cop) Comes over and says "you cant have guns they are illegal" and arrests player 1.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

Nlr - New life rule. Nlr is when you are killed and you have to wait 2 minuets to return to the place you were killed. Example. Player 1 and player 2 are raiding player 3, Player 1 is killed and he thinks he died in a unfair way so he comes back. When he comes back, player 3 doesn't notice and is killed by player 1.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame - This is when someone is getting rp information from outside the server or information from players about another player. Examples. Player 1 and player 2 who are in a discord call are raiding player 3. Player 1 died but doesn't respawn so he can look inside the base, so he tells player 2 every move that player 3 makes that way player 2 knows where player 3 is. Example 2. Say you get kidnapped, well if you press esc you can see through the blind fold, then you tell your party or discord call exactly where you are so they can help you.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? First I would start recording and get blog info. Then I would message their higher up about the situation and get it dealt with.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Personally I would Just Jail tp the player Mass RDMing and then continue with my current sit. If the player is being rude or annoying i will just mute and gag them untill my current sit is over with. I would then Ban the mass rdmer for 2 weeks.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would tell them that even though its just them they still have to follow the motd, and i would tell them to remove it. If they dont then i will kick them. If they rejoin and continue i will then give them a warning.

-1 When you were staff you did a decent job. However, you were just unbanned (and it was a perma) on top of the fact that you are always working. I don't see any way that you'd be able to get your tickets. I also haven't seen you on at all.

This definitely isn't the first time you're coming back... or second... or third... but, that just gives you more experience, yeah?
I believe the bans are the worst part of this application, but being that most of them have been appealed, and I can understand that people make mistakes sometimes, I can consider looking past them.

I know first hand of how good at staffing you are, as I have staffed with you many times before, and although there is some mingy qualities, I know for certain that if you put your mind to it, you can definitely be a better player, and in my opinion, an amazing staff member
