Yes, I have been banned for LTAP which is false it was by joker and he banned me after we were done with a sit. and Repeated RDM for killing someone who kept saying the N word.

Yes, I was Senior Admin on Venomous Gaming and Staff Manager on Orbital Factions RP, I was also previously accepted but was not able to go through orientation because i got grounded

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I have been on the server for nearly 3 years and I love it. I have seen it grow and evolve, the community is generally nice and it has good staff members. Also I am on when staff are generally not and the server is chaos, and I would like to help that.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I am generally not biased and I make friends easy. Also I know the rules very well and constantly go into the MOTD for sits

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is Random deathmatch, it is where a player walks up to another and shoots and kills them for no rp reason. This should be punished by a verbal warning for first offense(or if the person who got killed wants them to be warned) and a warn the second offense.

RDA is random arrest, it is where a police officer walks up to a player and arrests them because they feel like it. This should be punished by a warning or verbal warning for the first offense and a warning for the second.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

This is were a player goes back to a recent place of death without waiting NLR timer and doesnt forget theyre past life. One example is: Were a player is being raided, The player dies and goes back to theyre base and kills the raider. Another is: A player is raiding PD and a police officer keeps going back to PD and trying to kill the raider after dying multiple times.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

MetaGame is were a player uses outside knowledge to gain an upperhand over players. One example is a player dies in a raid and tells his friend in OOC chat where the raider is while dead and watching the raider move in the base.(or in discord). 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

 I would instantly record the incident and provide the evidence to a manager or owner.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

 I would bring the Mass RDMer and ban and deal with him then continue on with my sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

 I would ask them to stop or become hobos and if they continued I would warn them for building in the streets.

I have seen quite a few applications from you. You seem quite dedicated to getting onto the staff team and dedicated to the community as a whole.  Your application includes great answers. One major thing that I see is the somewhat extensive punishment history. On occasion you may get a little carried away while playing in game. Most of its just having fun but you have to be more aware of what your doing and whether or not it is appropriate. From my interactions within game I have seen quite the improvement over the months. Notes: I Like How You Have Had Prior Staffing Experience And How You Were Accepted to Xeno in The Past, However, What Stops me From Giving a Definitive +1 is That You Have Had Warns/Bans And That I Have Not Interacted With You Much. Show me That You Can Interact Well With The Players And Staff And Keep Those Warns/Bans Down And I Will Certainly Change my Answer.
