I tend to get on at weird times where there may be rule breakers but the most I can do is !votekick them, then let them rejoin. I’d like to help out and take appropriate actions against those who break the rules. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I have previous staff experience on the server, and I know the rules fairly well. Although, I could use a refresher. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM or random deathmatch: is when a player kills another player for no rp reason. Dealing with a player who rdm’d can vary. If it’s clearly a new player, a verbal warning would be a good start. Maybe ask them to read the motd before continuing to RP. If the player continues it will result in a rdm warning. If the player mass rdms, that will result in a 2 week ban. RDA or random arrest: is when a player arrests another player for no rp reason. I would handle this the same way stated above. Take appropriate action based on their in game knowledge and time spent on the server. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR or new life rule: is a time period of two minutes in which a player is not allowed to interact or come back to a specific area after dying in said place. Ex.) If a player successfully kills all within a base during a raid, and the defenders come back and kill the player raiding, they have broke nlr. What the defenders should do, is wait for the raider to advert over before entering the base again. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when you use information outside of your players rp knowledge. Ex.) Using discord, typing in /ooc, kill binding into a base to see what it looks like before you raid, as well as using the camera to look into bases. If a higher up is abusing their power, I would gather as much sufficient evidence against them, then take it to their admin. How do you handle the situation? The most important thing is to get the mass rdmer out of an rp area and into a jail during this time. Banning someone doesn’t take much time, therefore I would ban the mass rdmer, then proceed with the current sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Even if it is only two players online, rules are rules. I would first remove their props and ask them to become hobos, then ask them to instead build in a parking lot or on the sidewalk. If they continued to build in the street I would give them a warning then any further actions necessary.

Your In-Game (RP) Name: yespapa Which staff member are you reporting: Remuchu Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: Remuchu has countless times shown petty, and biased behavior against players on the server. Sources also tell me that he was warned in game as a staff member for NLR. This is a simple rule that a senior mod should be fully aware of. I had misclicked a keybind that stated “Remuchu kisses boys,” he proceeded to tell me that if it happened again, I would be warned for harassment. Another player was defending Remuchu for other things I was saying against him. So, I was the bigger person and typed “/advert [PLAYER] kisses boys” as well. After that, Remuchu decided to warn me for both harassment, and disrespect. To my knowledge, as a staff member, you are not supposed to warn people for disrespect. As well, I was warned for harassment towards a staff member. Also to my knowledge, staff dis isn’t a thing. Without muting or gagging me, he decided to warn me right away. And if advertising one line against a person is harassment, I think I should be reinformed of the XenoRP motd. It was not a death threat or racial slur.
